HA! That was awesome! You have a new career as a poet, Kate! Stiil no workout-feeling really tired the past few days and I don't know why. It's making me mad. My dad just stopped by so I'm hoping a cup of coffee will give me the jolt I need to get my arse in gear.

Klaudia, do you think you're not looking forward to starting STS? Maybe you should put it off for a week and do something fun that you know you'll enjoy.

Katie I know what you mean about eating at home compared to eating at work. How did you like sTS?

Colleen that's the point we are lifting more weight and doing more sets compared to other workouts. Just the triceps alone is over 1/2 hour.

Klaudia I hope you are not comming down with something. I agree with Anne Klaudia do something easy this week and get bored silly then you will be ready for a new workout.

I'm starting my third week and my results are that my core is tighter and my weight is down. I'm getting stronger and doing more push up the right way, while most are still on my knees. :( Plus my bi are getting a little different definition. It can also be my diet. I eat more lean protein and skip the chips and cookies. My treat is one or two mini candy bars at night.

If it works for me it will work for you. Just look how much calories you can burn doing sTS!
 
Great results, Robin! I'm sure STS will do great things for me when I'm able to get it.

Okay, have a good evening, everyone! My work day is almost done and then I'm off to finish my workout and go to tap. I don't know if I'll make it back tonight or not. If not, talk to you tomorrow.

I forgot--can someone who has STS tell me what the user guide is like? I watched the Cathe TV clips and now I'm curious. Thanks!

Anne, the user guide lists the exercises for each workout. It also has some sheets in the back to record your 1RM.
Kate, you are a poet! I hate it when bad food calls your name. Hope the rest of the day was clean.
Robin, I agree my bi's are more defined but my core is not tighter yet. It hasn't popped out despite 2 days of really bad eating.
Klaudia, maybe you just aren't ready for STS or you are getting the nasty cold that is going around. Hope the coffee helps.

Dinner was jambalaya but lunch was a big juicy hamburger. We returned my leased car and there was a hamburger right there calling our names. Oh well - tomorrow is a new day. Have a good night everyone!
