Making this short. Gotta shower and get the day going and Ellie is at my ankles!
Day 3 in the books - Cardio Power Resistance. Lots of push ups but overall good. I had a little bit of the puke factor during those plank sprint deals but otherwise was ok. This program is good stuff. I'm really enjoying it - dreading day 5 (Pure Cardio).
