I hope this isn't a dumb question

You can certainly circuit train back to back if it isn't too taxing. I wouldn't make a habit out of it, though. Best to give your body a break and do something different. Or, if you are compelled to do something every day, break it up in a way that won't tax the same body parts two days in a row.

I've been working my lower body everyday, and upper 4 days a week with the Slim Series in Freestyle fashion. It's not quite circuit, but I am using very light weights.

It can be done, but as Debbie mentioned, you need to give your body recovery time. I take a full recovery week every 4 weeks. I don't plan to train like this much longer. I'm going switch back to 2day splits and lift heavier.

Yes, but IMO, why use weights if you aren't going to use a weight that's challenging enough, which is what you have to do to be able to do circuits every day.

And doing circuits every day doesn't leave you any time for heavier weight training (which, even if you aren't looking to build muscle, is important for everyday strength, for having a reserve of strength as you grow older, for making everyday tasks easier, and for bone strength).

I've also used SS, but found that while the idea works for lower body, it can be tough on the smaller joints of the upper body (elbows and shoulders), perhaps especially her double-time reps.

I would not work upper body with weights every day, but YMMV.
