I have the best diet ever

Eat next to a toddler & guaranteed you will lose half your food. Talk about portion control, LOL! My son (16 months) usually balks at stuff I cook for him but if it's my meal, HELLO, it's soooo yummy. Go figure!

Any takers? I'll pass him around :p

No "taker" here!!! I have my own two food theives!! As they get older, it does not fade! Here's the frustrating part...if I say "Hey guys, you want some eggs and turkey bacon?" I get "Noooooo". If I make some for myself, they are all "Can I have a bite? Can I have some bacon?" Now, logic would say...Sarah, just make extra so there is plenty for you and the kids. However, when I do THAT, they don't steal it off my plate and I am left with 3 breakfasts to eat!!! Well, 1 to eat and 2 to pitch!x(

LOL how cute! Both of your stories made me smile. :) I have such amusing stuff to look forward to huh? :+

Debbie you could be talking about my daughter. She is EXACTLY the same way. I make her something for dinner and she couldn't care less, but as soon as I make something for myself it's ALL she wants. I'm glad to know it doesn't just run in my family.:7

Me, too. Yesterday dd would not eat our special pizza treat for lunch. Few minutes later, she was eating all my salad with tuna and vinegar dressing! She DEFINITELY would not have touched it if I had put it on HER plate. marnie

Last month I had my two year old nephew visiting for a weekend and I made us both the same dinner (using the ingrediants suggested by my sister). He kept asking for a "bite" off of my plate, when the "bites" on his plate were exactly the same! It's funny how kids who never met one another have so many similar traits.
