Hi, go to the videofitness website,( videofitness.com), go to the reader forum, in the reader you will see a thread named : TJ Live workouts are taped. Inside this thread you will find the message I have posted, click in In the reference below:

you will find in the message and you will go to the Chalene's BB blog.
