my foam roller I pulled it out today because my legs were really tight. That thing makes me cry out at times. My family just looks at me like I'm crazy!! But I feel so much better afterwards

I have been considering getting one. They have them at TJMaxx for pretty cheap. I just did the full 60 minutes of Ballet Beautiful Total Body...and I'm pretty sure I'm going to NEED one haha!
