LOL! I am going to Boston tomorrow just for an overnight trip with DH, youngest son and his cousin. I told them tonight at dinner that I wanted to get ice cream....their mouths fell open to the floor! You should have seen the look on their faces!
Anyway, good for your Charlotte....you work SOOOO hard, a little indulgence once in a while is a treat.

Good grief Charlotte! Even Cathe has pancakes with butter and syrup all over them on special occasions. Imagine that. You should loosen up a bit, not a lot just a tiny bit. You have not wrecked all your hard work with your vacation indulgences. I would bet my car on it. And doing three workouts in one day to make up for it sounds more like penance than something healthy for your body & mind.

Well I am glad everyone else is enjoying ice cream too! LOL! Yeah, if you go on vacation have some for me, please? I burned my ice cream off yesterday so I am feeling mighty toasty too in the legs from those walking lunges and KPC! I am one happy mama!!!!
