I have received a email of Beachbody. Here you have the answer:

Hi,
Your total was $284.15US
The first charge in question was not a charge but only the authorization to charge that total.
The other two charges were your total, but split as your order was processed and shipped in two different parts.

Hi I am Mariángeles Larrazábal Pitto. I need help. I have received the P90X and the complete set of band in perfect conditions. 238,58 euros was charged in my credit card. The name of the enterprise was PPLBeachbody videos. Today day 25 of Juny I have seen two new charges in my credit card of 110,99 euros and 123,84 euros and the name of the enterpriser is PPL Beachbody fitness. Is this a mistake of Beachbody? Why I find two new charges in my credit card ? I wait for an answer.


What do you think of the email?. I hope Beachbody refund the money of the first charge.

Thank, thank you , thank you you very much Jane.I am enjoying the workouts a lot.In my humble opinion I think the P90X weight workouts are better than the Hardcore series weight workouts. I am waiting to receive the answer about the refund.

Again, we do not show charges. Only authorizations. We would be happy to provide reference numbers. Please contact your bank regarding this. It is a common practice for banks to hold an amount when it is authorized. This would not be the actual charge.

Thank you for answering Ariel but there must be a mistake because my bank has discounted the first charge of 238,58 euros in my account. I accept the other two charges. If the first discount was only the authorization to charge the total Beachbody must refund the 238,58 euros in my account.I wait your answer. Thank you.

Do you know what can I do? Do you know the bank 's practice Ariel is talking about?.
