IMPRESS THEIR BOSSx( x( x( x( x( x(.

In other words, I hate a kiss-a$$. I HATE it when I'm talking to someone and that person says something like, "Here comes such & such", so what "such & such" is human just like I am, just get a bigger paycheck. Meaning such & such lolly gag around the office. I'm not saying that I joke around all day, I don't, but when I'm speaking in passing and head mistress walks by the other person wants to RUN like hell....what the hell? I hate it so much when people do things like that, it makes me not want to speak to them later, b/c then later on the impressor will have so many negative things to say behind such & such's back.....frigging coward....Sorry but things like that just annoy the crap out of me.

Sorry to hear about the jerks you work with, Haydee. I sometimes feel sorry for myself thinking I have it bad. I sit all day, all alone and communicate via computer, sometimes phone. I have very little people interaction at all. It's lonely, but it sounds better that having to deal with nasty people.

I have a hard time working with those kind of people. I am not much for gossip or negative put downs all the time...very mentally taxing.

I agree-mentally taxing. I own my own business and let me tell you my employees like to tattle on each other. Drives me insane! They remind me of elementary school kids and they are in their 30's! In fact this week I plan to hold a meeting about it.

I work in local politics. Kissing a$$ is my job. However I have learned to do it w/a little subtlety & class, does that make it OK? :+

I know this may sound like I'm contradicting myself when I say this; I can't hate b/c it takes way too much energy to hate a person/people (I should have said I hate their performance). So I guess I lost more energy b/c I hate their act..... .....slowly coming to grips with reality. ......I don't hate you Maximus.

Susan, I feel your pain! I work from home and often find myself feeling lonely but then I remember all the crazy people I left behind in the office... and I feel better. :)

Working in an office can be really annoying at times... Just trying to be supportive - I don't really have any advice... :)
 
i have gotten so tired of hearing bull**** and arse kissers that i have started taking breaks alone in my car with a magazine and listening to good music. it really helps me make it through my day!
