Oh what a beautiful day! (Since I've slept late and missed the morning part, heh.)
Michele - Speaking of which, did your soundtrack ever arrive? And how is 5-Factor going?
Dana - Hi! Yes, so glad to see you back and that you're all right. That hospital experience sounded terrible! I TOTALLY cracked up about the suing yourself part LMAO! Anyway, that kind of thing would piss me off to no end, too. In fact, I had such a bad experience with numbskulls at a Japanese big hospital, that now I choose only to go to clinics if I go at all. So did the doctor give you the thumbs up? Ohhhhh, yummm, ff pudding and protein powder sounds totally good. I've read some recipes for smoothies where you put in a pudding packet and it turns out all goopy. And y'all know how I feel about goop. Of all the sad things, Japan doesn't have those pudding mixes! They have all sorts of popular custard breads, so I would think those packets would do really well here, but,...nothin. I need to write to those makers of Jell-O....Wait a minute, did you say that a Triathalon "sounds fun"?!
Janjan - Urgh, your DD's awful ear infection is back? I hope it goes away soon. Lucky you for finding a nanny! She sounds like she's going to be wonderful. That's going to make such a difference!
Kate! Diane! How you doing?
Well, I just finished doing Christi's Cardio Collectibles . I was "supposed" to do Cardio Kicks for the first time, but Christi was calling my name. It's so funny I feel uninspired to do kickboxing for a while. I totally burnt myself out of it. I know, I shouldn't do that to my step, either. I think my endurance is getting better. I really have no trouble doing an hour of cardio in its entirety. On the downside, I'm starting to worry if my muscles have started getting..soft - looking at my arms, they seem to have lost the definition I "thought" I had when I was lifting heavy...or is that psychosomatic, do you think? :-(
