Good Morning to all in Cardiohateville!
I think I'm finally getting caught up on my sleep. I managed to get some cardio in last night but I did not do step--I wasn't quite up for that because I still felt kind of tired and out of it. I fired up my old Leslie Sansone Walk & Jog DVD and I think I got a pretty good work out. I was definitely sweating. I followed with stability ball abs and a segment from Total Body Stretching. Today is supposed to be a 40 minute brisk walk and another stretch segment but I might do step instead. I'll probably decide when the time comes. My inlaws are taking me to lunch today for my Bday and I'm really looking forward to that.
Diane, May is a very good month! My niece's Bday is the 23rd, and I have 2 cousins with May birthdays on the 2nd and 11th. I hope you got out of work at a reasonable hour last night. What's on tap for you today?

Dana, I hope you have a beautiful, sunshiney day, especially if you're planning a walk over your lunch break. It occurred to me that I have no clue what your job is. What do you do, if you don't mind my asking!?
Char Char, how was your circuit yesterday? How many times do you run through that routine? Are you gearing up for your new job? I want to collapse everytime I read your posts...I get tired just reading what you do--lol!

August, we missed you yesterday! I figured you keeled over after KPC the other day or something like that--lol! What's up for you today?
Ellen, please come back. We miss you. Didn't you say you had a bad sinus infection? I hope it's cleared up and you're feeling better.
Just so you know, I'm going out of town for the weekend to see my family so I won't be posting over the weekend. I'll be back, bright eyed and bushy tailed on Monday...but that's my Bday so I might declare it a cardio free day!
