I thought I would start the check-in today because I am up earlier than usual and might not get a chance to get back online today. Today I had Legs & Glutes planned, but I might just take a rest day and add in L&G tomorrow after my run/walk. I know this is silly but I got my hair cut last night and got a great blow out and want to keep it looking good for tonight (we are going over to my parents-in-laws house for dinner). I am also so excited today because first thing on the to do list today is going to the Apple store and picking up Ipods for myself and my husband. I think it will be much more fun running with one.
Yesterday I did my run/walk after work. It felt okay, better than last time, but not great. At least my body is holding up, no knee problems like I have had in the past. I am hoping that if I take it slow enough, I won't get any injuries. Now my lungs just need to catch up.
