I'm going to give you a reply based on what I understood. First, if you have any injury, your doctor has to give you permission to workout. He/she is the only one that knows the extent of your injury and if working out can make it worse. In some cases working out is recommended, but usually there are certain exercises or sports that have to be avoided until you heal. Your doctor is the only one that can help you. You don't want to make your injury any worse. While you wait to see your doctor I think you can do some walking for your cardio and wait a little bit to do Cathe again. I hope you get better soon.
