I was almost afraid I would have to go to the hospital for it, and I did not work out for a month. I started very slowly today, and I only did 20 minutes of Kick, Punch and Crunch, and I did the legs of Muscle Max. Perhaps tomorrow, I willl try 25 minutes of step. Does anybody have any suggestions? I am a personal trainer, and I am the first to admit that I do not know everything.
