I had hurt my foot very badly

I was almost afraid I would have to go to the hospital for it, and I did not work out for a month. I started very slowly today, and I only did 20 minutes of Kick, Punch and Crunch, and I did the legs of Muscle Max. Perhaps tomorrow, I willl try 25 minutes of step. Does anybody have any suggestions? I am a personal trainer, and I am the first to admit that I do not know everything.
 
Being a personal trainer you have probably already thought of/done the obvious things like biking and swimming. I am also a personal trainer and had terrible foot issues for years. It really derailed my career, until...I got a great chiropractor. I was going to my chiropractor for other reasons and after I built up trust in her I asked about my feet. After some investigation she determined that my tibia and fibula were twisted which caused my ankle to be jammed and constant pain in my knee. After a few sessions of her adjusting my legs the pain has decreased significantly. If you can find a good chiropractor it may help.
 
I am still doing 20 t0 30 minutes of cardio

I am not a good swimmer, so that is out, and I work at home, and I was also scammed out of a car. Some people sold me a car that would not start after two weeks, and they refused to do anything about it. I am regulated to kickboxing and step and an occasional run outdoors.
