I started adding it last week my goodness my biceps were sore for days.But for some reason I didn't remember it being so tough.I guess I have selective memory I did it yesterday and it hurt so bad but I'm not sore today:7 :7
I did ctx upper body split and leaner legs back to back one day...had never done either work out before. OH MY FRIGGEN GOODNESS! lol Was I ever hurtin' a day or 2 later!!! WOW! x( ;( }(
Uh oh. I have this one on schedule for tomorrow. I've had CTX for a couple years but I've never done the upper body split. Maybe I won't be on the forums afterwards if my arms hurt so badly I can't type!
