I had a dream last night...

...that I was doing "the challenge" at the end of Step Blast, and I was smiling and wasn't winded at all...and my husband was standing there watching me, and I was just effortlessly going through the moves. It was actually kind of comical now that I think about it.

Has anyone else ever had dreams like this? I hope I'm not the only one!

Funny you should mention this, catwoman...

I've been doing P90X for the last two weeks. Last night I dreamt I was in a "Chest & Back" class and doing all the push-ups so effortlessly that the instructor decided to sit on my back while I was doing them to make them more challenging.

I love dreams like that.

I never have had dreams about working out. I had a dream the other night that I was on a date with Jack Nicholson! Have NO idea where that came from. Maybe it was from discussing The Shining with Maximus...
