I gotta say this again: Bootcamp rules!

This is one awesome circuit workout. You know, there may be only 8 min of cardio in the workout but dang if my heart about came out of my chest the entire time. She doesn't let you rest long enough to know the difference! I'm also starting to get through those crazy terminators...ACK!

YES!! I have to restrain myself from doing this workout every day, but I'm working in premixes in a lot of my workouts. It roxxors!
 
I had forgotten about this workout for a while there with the HC series, but past week or so, I've had to do quite a bit of it since I'm doing A-jocks mish-moshes along with one body part a day. The HR monito calorie counter does not lie. Also, yesterday was a regular cardio day, & I used Step Blast. It felt like a breeze compared to what I had been put through with those mish-moshes.

I did BC last week for the first time in a while. I used to do it once a week. IMO, it is Cathe's best and most effective circuit workout.
 
Love Bootcamp also! I used to do it at least once a week also, and had sort of gotten away from it. I was doing the Gauntlet for quite a while and had forgotten how great Bootcamp is on its own until I did it again the other day. :)
 
Boot Camp will work your bootie for sure! I am always screaming out like Cedie does at the end of each cycle she does. Anyone else do this? I just can't help it, it always takes my breath away.

I just did this workout this morning for the first time. It was a fun workout, but I couldn't do the terminator move. I will have to work on that one. I'm sure I'll be feeling the effects of this one tomorrow.

I hear ya, Kathy. I've only done Bootcamp once, but when the terminators came up, I think I did one or two and then flopped over and watched the rest with my jaw on the floor.

Something to work up to!
