I got new equipment!!

My work just came out with a Fitness Subsidy for all the employees to go towards fitness equipment, gym memberships, leauge fees, etc.

So I went out and got a high step and new barbell with clips!! I won't have have to modify for a high step or screw and unscrew my old barbell anymore.

I usually don't workout on Fridays but when I get home I am doing a DVD with lots of highstep and barbell work.
