That's right, I have finally jumped feet first into the 21st century LOL. No more videos for me! I can't believe how much easier it is to work out w/a DVD. So much more control, no more fast forwarding, rewinding, etc.
So today I did IMAX3 for the first time. I've never looked forward to something & dreaded it so much at the same time (except for maybe my wedding LOL). It wasn't nearly as tough as I thought it would be. In fact, I still think the first IMAX is the toughest. I think it's those $&%^#$ power scissors, that blast always kills me. Anyway, I really loved IMAX3. Tomorrow I'm trying Low Max just for the heck of it.
Oh also I finally did ab hits w/the 20 lb med ball last night. It was a pretty decent workout, although still not as tough as the weighted one I do at the gym. I'm thinking if I do each once a week I should be good.
