I finally got a step. (I've been doing all my Cathe stuff on the floor). I just had to try it out this morning even though I wasn't planning to work out until after work.
First thing I noticed - it felt really good on my lower back and my knees. I was not expecting that. I'm so happy.
I'm excited about working out again. I was really worried for a while there because my knees were bothering me (pushed myself too hard doing the Step Blast challenge one night - my knees felt weak and I was afraid I might injure them so I backed off my workouts).
Now that I have a step, I'm going to stick to the more basic Cathe workouts for a while and work my way up.
Just wanted to share my renewed excitement.
