Cathe,
I just want to thank you for your motivating comment about bumping up my step from 6 inches to 8 in Low Max. I was always hesitant and scared because, well, I just never tried an 8 inch step and thought it was too high for my knees. Well, not only did I challenge myself using an 8 inch step but finished the entire workout! I burned almost 700 calories and it was much more of a challenge.
It was a real leg workout as well as a cardio workout.
My question is, can I consider this a leg workout as well as a cardio workout? I couldn't believe how tired my hamstrings, quads and glute muscles were exhausted after Low Max. But thankfully, since I use your other Leg workouts, I didn't have soreness the next day.
Thanks!
Mandy
