Hello all,

I did Cardio kicks this morning after many months, and I really enjoyed it, and the second thing is I was able to do it all the way through without stopping,I think Cathes workouts have really improved my cardio fitness, as other workouts I used to do, have now become warm ups. the only thing I did not do in cardio kicks was jump really high, not because I could'nt but because I am trying to protect my knees.
Also to say thank you to all the cathites who gave me advice on my Knee problems, since I have minimised the jumping/high impact, and have been cross training more, I can see the difference, I dont even need physio at the moment, I have also been devoting more time to stretching which I feel has played an important part in improving my joints. So thank you all.
