It has been two months since I worked out ( long story - but my doctor finally gave me the o.k to begin working out again) So - I'm starting slowly - yesterday I did PLB - only half of it. I did the squats/plie squats, deadlifts & static lunges and I FINALLY felt the squats in not only my quads but hamstrings & butt too! For months I've been doing them only feeling them in my quads. but yesterday, I decided to go really slowly ( more slowly than Cathe) and had a mirror in front of me. Going slow and really concentrating on form with the help of the mirror helped tremendously!!!! It's hard to believe that after 1 year of weight training, I finally felt it in all parts of my legs & let me tell you, they are complaining this morning!!! I'm hoping this is the dawn of something new & exciting - maybe I'll finally see some changes in those areas! I'm now thinking of buying the S & H series! I'm so excited & just had to share!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
