I finally did it!

After YEARS of struggling I increased my weights for my chest workout. Only about 5 lbs (from 70 to 75 lbs on the bench press), but I really feel like I accomplished something!
 
WOW! That is impressive! It always feels so good when we get further! You did have me going abit on your other post saying you benched 225. I really believed it for abit. Your too funny> now I feel dumb!

LOL Charlotte! I think I said I pressed 225, as in the leg press. That's true. 3 sets of 10 every Sunday.

I have been so whiny about my chest w/o though. I've been frustrated b/c it's my weakest body part & every Wednesday I come home from the gym feeling a little sissyish. Yesterday I felt very macho. :+
 
I thought the same thing charlotte.when I saw that 225 press-I thought dang girl you put my poundage to shame;) 5lbs is a gain so don't belittle it:)
 
GREAT JOB MAXIMUS!!! you did accomplish something, a lot of people would have given up in frustration, it takes perserverance and determination to acheive ones goals so take a lot of pride in what you accomplished!!
