YIPPEE - if some of you remember I've been posting on how I just can't seem to move so early in the morning to a Cathe workout. My body (I thought) was just not equipped that early to have Cathe work it that hard. BUTTTTTT - I was wrong - I got up this morning at 4:30am-had a cup of coffee-and headed straight for the basement and did Leaner Legs. I am sooooo pumped! I knew I wasn't going to have time after work so I had to get in my workout this morning.

You were all right - time, patience and a little PUSH got me hooked!

Have a terrific day, I know I will now!

Marcia. ;-)

P.S. I did have a second where those bad thoughts were creeping in and I was thinking of excuses not to workout so early with Cathe, but I finally decided to just DO IT!

Welcome to the club. I remember the 4:45 am days. After Eastern Standard Time in October, I decided to set my alarm to 4:00 am to give myself more time since I have to be to work by 8:15 and you now what?, I can do it! So congratulations to you, it's just a matter of getting a good night's sleep and a little planning;-),

Great job, Marcia!! It's really hard to workout in the early mornings and there are still some mornings I feel like I'm half asleep all the way through it. But I'm always so glad I did it, and it really does help me get through the day. I'm so proud of you and I know you're proud of yourself as well!

Congratulations! If you can make it a habit, you'll never go back. I do this every day during the week and love getting the boost to my day and then not having a guilt trip all day wondering if I'll get my workout in.

I don't do this on the weekend--I do need a little sleep! But I sort of feel off kilter all day because I didn't do it first thing.

Its a great feeling to workout in the morning, isn't it? You can start your day energized and you have your workout over with.
Congrats!
Lori:)

I've contemplated doing the morning workouts again...I did this for one school year, but hit a MAJOR slump early afternoon that I almost couldn't shake. Then I would get my second wind and not be able to fall asleep in time to get the sleep I needed to get up that early to work out.

Anyway, good for you! I have done this before on a really hectic day when I know getting an early evening work out in is going to be nearly impossible.
