Laura...I am kinda like the mailman...does not matter what kind of weather......I do run early in the summer. 6:30am this morning..but I have been running for about 27 years...seems to be addictive......Carole

I grew up with 100+ degree summers in New Mexico. Totally hated them. The 70's would have been a beautiful thought. But strangely, I love the heat and humidity here in Virginia. When it's in the 80s and 90s with about 50-60% humidity, it's actually pretty comfortable...as long as I'm not trying to jog in it or anything!

I could really do without the mid-Atlantic allergens, though. x( (That's me trying to sneeze.)
