I did ME for the first time today, WHEW! We will see if I am able to walk tom'w :lol
It was to funny in 1 part where she says Cedie what # and she says 8 & cathe says ok 16 more to go, I was like your kidding right ? well she wasn't LOL.
Then those Leg presses are killer & that little haha laugh when your doing biceps. LOVE IT!
I really did like this workout alot, thanks Cathe I am really enjoying the Intensity Series, I don't know why I didn't buy them before.
What is the hardest workout in the IS ?
