I just had to write and tell you Cathe. This morning I was able to hold all of the planks in the Ab Hits workout I did for as long as you and the crew. Yippee! I think the key has been that I finally got serious about watching what I eat and have lost 25 pounds. But I have never been able to keep up with you on planks before and I'm very happy I finally made it.
