Okay, I know everyone's excited about the DVD shipping, but I got my belly button pierced today!!! :+ :7 :7 That's double excitement for me!!

Didn't really hurt; is a little sore right now. Very cool! I like it a lot. Now to just get my abs to look a little better!! Butts and Guts watch out!!

I was thinking about you all day today, Edie!!! I am glad that you like it! Yea, it will be tender, but they say that if you want to do the salt water soaks more that once a day, that's okay, it will help with some of the tenderness. Just don't clean more than once a day because the anti-bacterial properties actually prevent new tissue growth and healing.

oh, AWESOME! What kind of ring did you get? I love mine, I have had it for nine years and haven't taken it out except for to change it, didn't even take it out when I was preggo I love it THAT much! It did take several months to heal completely and to stop being so sore, though. How is yours doing?

Hey, I'm doing good so far! It's sore, obviously, but not constant, mostly when I try to bend over! Most of the time I'm not even aware of it and I'm trying to ignore it, like my piercer advised. I am doing salt water soaks once a day because they are supposed to help.

I have a curved barbell in now, surgical steel, with a fun design on the bottom. I figure after it's healed, then I can get something a little fancier if I want.

Love it! I have a curved bell with blue, pink and red and plain cubic zirconia (sp?) balls to interchange, and I have a butterfly whose wings broke off ;( They are really fun to ship for!
