I've been pondering the thought for a long time about becoming a Certified Personal Trainer. Well, I took the first step and purchased the premier package from ACE to become a certified personal trainer. It was scary and exciting at the same time. Now that I took that first step, I'm excited and anxious to get all my study materials.

I would love to hear from anyone that has gone through ACE to become a certified personal trainer.

I'm looking forward to the day when I actually get to train someone and help them better themselves.
