I DID IT - AM workout!!

YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did a VERY low impact workout this morning, but I got up at 4:45am and had my java and 10 minutes of peace and quiet before getting myself dressed and working out. IT FELT GREAT! I have lots of more energy right now. I had time to fix myself a great breakfast and a lunch to take with me to work. YEAH!!! I am teaching step aerobics tonight so I'll get a better workout later, but at least this is a start.

Congrats ,
I work out at like 7:30 am.
Or i probably wouldn't do it.
After working all day I am just pooped and hungry at night.
6:30 wake up.
Coffee and computer
after 7 workout
Bath
Go to work.
Come home 6:30-7:30
Sometimes workout again
Make dinner
Watch tv
relax
Go to bed.
My days are shot Sunday is the only day to do anything. It is usually groceries, and I have my grandson Sat nights.
Not much of a life. huh.

Wow Marcia, that's great!! I recently started a 5:15am wake up to get my 30-40 minutes of cardio in and after work I do my weight training.

That's the only way I'd get it done. :D

Hey Marcia!

That is awesome! You are my inpiration! I have been trying to get up in the morning to do my workouts, and I was doing it for awhile, but then the mornings turned cold and my bed feels so warm, I don't get up and do them in the morning any more! Good job! It sounds like it really put your day on track for you!

I really, really want to start a.m. workouts when I go back to work but I"ll need to do them at 4:00 - not sure if I"ll ever be up for that.
