I did high step

Hai,

Yesterday I did high step adv. for the second time
The first time it wasn,t adv. enough,so I higher up the weights(a lot)
and now it was very tough!!!
First I did 20 min.on the cross-trainer than high step
I did the squats twice.after it I did abs (Firm)
I really liked it now,It was TOUGH!!!
