<---dad has been in hospital for three weeks with a fluky strep infection that went from his liver into his blood and now he has fluid around lung. Docs tried draining, but have been unsuccessful and now are thinking surgery, but arthroscopic (sp?) won't work so may have to do major surgery.
<---says dad is only 58 and has never been really sick before
<---agrees with Tammy about donating blood back as dad has also transfusions while in the hospital
<---sorry to go on so long
<---just having a hard time with this today
