Today is the TJ release day. In the BB TJ page they say 'coming 8/15' but there's no "order" feature yet. I am getting a little impatient!. I have provided my email address on the Turbo Jam page to receive any update and there is no updates in my email.

Mariangeles, I read the last email you sent about this and it sounds like it will be a lot of fun. However, I don't think I am really clear on what it IS.... can you explain? Is it a series of workouts or just one? Are the workouts hi/lo, step, weights, what???

Hi Marie, Turbo Kick is a kick-butt cardio kickboxing class. So far this format has only been available to those who work out at a gym that offers it. Turbo Jam will be videos of Turbo Kick that we can do at home. TJ will be a home exercise version of TK, and is produced by Beach Body. You can go to this website www beacbody. com and in the fitness products you will find a page of Turbo Jam to preview it.

Carl Daikeler of the Executive Team of BB says he has an oath from Neil who runs the web dept that they're in final stages of Q/A right now - TJ will be taking order by noon.
