I can't find the "mark" icon

I like to read all the new posts, but I can't find where you mark all the posts after you've read them. Can anyone help me?

It's right at the top of your screen. There is logout, FAQ, search, read new, post, poll, mark, user menu, profiles, calendar.

See it?

For some reason, it's not there. I have: Logout, FAQ, Search, Read new, user menu, profiles, calendar. What could have happened to it. I've logged in on my computers at work and at home and "mark" is missing from the list. I hope someone can help.
