OK, so I was bad at math to begin with. But these days I've been so totally scatterbrained with work all I can think about is my stupid job. Every time I go to the gym I lose track of the number of sets I've done. I don't have this problem w/the number of reps--I think after lifting for so long you count almost naturally, or your body knows when you've reached your 8-10 mark.
But how on earth can I lose track of the number of sets I do when it's only 3 per exercise? Crap. I think I need a ginko injection or something b/c I am totally losing it!
