Yikes! I just added up the calories in my (new) food journal and can't believe how many calories I've been eating! (not admitting how much-- let's just say it is really bad:( )For some reason, I've been thinking if it's not junk food, it must be alright. Well, at least I know why my tape measure hasn't been moving despite uping my workouts to 1.5 hours 6x per week. Pass the broccoli!

Too many people who eat "clean" wonder why they can't lose weight. Even tho' you may eat clean, it's still the total calories at the end of the day that count. The food journal is the "dieter's" best friend - that's one of the reasons why Weight Watchers is so successful.
Just Do It! :)
 
WW is good (what I currently do) but Fitday is free and once you get used to it, invaluable IMO. I had the same revelation when I started using it. It was a Homer "d'oh" moment for sure. :)
