I am from just looking at the photos from the workouts. Supersets looks like it is going to be fun! I can't wait.

I must say that I will be jealous of all you VHS recipients! Why can't they do the DVDs first?!

I'm with you Tamikka. I can't wait for the DVDs to come out!! We'll have to endure the torture of all the reviews:-( . I wish Cathe would release the vids and DVDs at the same time.
