I am so relieved!

I posted last week about my dh experiencing numbness in his fingers and how worried I was, well everything turned out okay. I know all of you ladies told me not to panic, but it was so hard after seeing his dad die of a heart attack years ago. But the doctor said it was his remedial nerve in his elbow. Whew! that was a relief! The doctor told him that his blood pressure was good and he was going to put him on cholesterol medicine. Overall his checkup was very good. I want to thank all of you that told me not to panic and that it may not be serious. That actually made me feel better the rest of the day! I am so glad to have all of you to turn to.

My dh told the doctor that he had walked up 29 flights of stairs sunday, and the doctor said that should tell you your heart is fine.

Just wanted to let all of you know how it turned out and that I appreciate your support!

That's great news, Kim. I'm glad everything worked out just fine. You must be so relieved. Now, go do IMAX 2 to celebrate!

Kim, that's great news and it sounds like your hubby's heart is great. My father who has high blood pressure has his hands go numb all the time either it's his elbow pinching the nerve or his neck pinching a nerve. Usually after a day or so he can get it to pop in and stop the pinching if not he goes to the chiropractor and it's gone with in 15 minutes. But it's good your watching out for signs, just keep your DH healthy and eating right and get the cholesterol down, as that’s one of the factors that can lead to a heart attack, as it can help plug up the valves into/out of the heart.
