I AM SO FRUSTRATED

Argh, I just did S&H biceps/triceps.... or, I should say, I DID the biceps portion but did a bare minimum of tris. It seems that my bum elbow is STILL bothering me and I was feeling pain and tension almost immediately. This is soooooo frustrating to me. I mean, I took a lot of time off so that the freaking thing would heal itself. My doctor thought anti-inflammatories were unnecessary. Well, I guess she does not know what she is talking about!

Ugh, I'm so bummed about this, you can't imagine.

At least my bis feel nice and fried. I am going to do some cardio. Maybe I'll feel better afterwards.

Hi Marie,

I can relate as I am recovering from a shoulder injury. I laid off weights for 2 weeks and have just now started back with light weights. I will do this for another 2 weeks and then gradually ease back into maybe a little heavier. I also do more cardio but would rather be lifting weights.

No words of wisdom, just sympathy.

I hope you are better soon.

On a side note, I have been taking motrin sporadically for pain and it has helped alot.

I am so sorry! How much time did you take off? My sister had knee surgery during basketball season, and she was a star, so I have seen how frustrating and tormenting it is to be out for a while! I hope that you get better soon!

Hi Marie,

I have had to take off from cardio and any standing leg work for 2 mths. So I feel your frustration. The podiatrist said for me to take motrin a day at 1800 milligrams. My foot still swells when I walk around alot. I plan on going to another doctor when I get back from the beach and maybe get to the root this thing. But I hope everything goes well for you. It sucks when we can't exercise!!!
