I heard about the Body Combat via this website a short time ago and I finally found a gym not to far away that offers the class and I do not have to be a member just pay the $10.00 class fee. They also have a bosou class so I can rotate on tuesdays going back to my Fitness Usa membership. I was young when I purchased the Lifetime Membership we had 2 facilities one burned down so all we have is the one the water was terrible I always found peoples hair all over so I quit using the water it's been about 8 years and they are offering an AquaBox anyone heard or done this one?

I am so excited that I do not have to be a member and I can use their facility too. So I am all set for my workouts!

Marie Body Combat is one of the Les Mills programs. This is a kickboxing program. Here you have more information about Les Mills and the programs ( RPM, body combat, body step, body attack, body jam (I love love it . It is a dance program)body pump,body balance and the new program called body vive.Every three months, Les Mills releases a new class of each program with fresh choreography and music.
