I am kinda new...?

I have only been on the forum for a brief time but I have noticed there are several groups who seem to know each other. For example in the check ins and challenges...So I was just wondering how these groups formed?:)
 
Usually a common interest

Some are specific to an activity or goal i.e. cheetahs , kettlebells etc

Others are just daily checkins to post your workouts you've done.

The best way is just read and get a feel for the check ins introduce yourself and start posting :)

Once you start consistently posting in a thread thats when you get to know the other posters on a more personal level if you will
