I am within a half a pound of my mini beach goal, so I am HAPPY!!! So I am hoping to keep on going after I hit my first mini goal!! I am not taking a freebie day this week they seem to ruin my efforts;( so I won't exercise tomorrow but I will watch what I eat.

I am just soooo tickled that I am losing again after an up and down week weightwise.

I am 5ft7 and weigh 175.5 wearing a size 12, and I am 39 years old.

this puts me at 20.5 pounds total lost in a 2 year period:7

Wooo-Hooo Annette! You are going to feel sooo good at the beach. You have worked hard for it. You WILL make goal. Only 1/2 pound-to-go!!Keep up the good work.
