I am doing Plyo legs tomorrow!!

Well at least I will try. This looks so good I can't wait. Today I was suppose to do legs but I was really dizzy this morning that I listen to my body and took a rest day. Anyone else doing this before starting the STS program?
 
I say go for it !!!! It's a fun workout and gives you a taste of some of the leg exercises in the series with a bit of spice on top. :eek:

Well I did this workout this morning and all I can say this is a fun circuit workout. I really like the slow and control plyo moves. I burned 500 cal. from this. I won't do this in the STS as I am using the squat rack but at least I got a taste of it:)
 
I did DVD #26 this morning and LOVED it! I kept my weights a little lighter since it was my first time doing it (and I'm doing BodyPump at the gym tonight), but I'm looking forward to using all the Plyo legs workouts!

BTW, the picture and sound quality on these DVD's is AWESOME!!!!!!!!
