I need a little help. I am a runner. I average 12-15 miles a week. I am interested in adding some cathe workouts to my program. I get lots of cardio with my running. I am looking for workouts that will help me with toning and strength training. Even though I am very fit, I still have those problem areas! I am interested in step routines that have lots of weights. I am pretty active and have done step aerobics in my past. Now I am at home and can no longer go to the gym. Can someone give me some suggestions? Thanks!
P.S. I have a step....and some hand held weights to start with

Hi Mansley,

I am a runner, too, and I love how Cathe compliments my running program. I would suggest the following workouts that alternate step and weights--Circuit Max and Cardio & Weights. Another oldie but goodie is Body Max, but it's long--about 90 minutes. Boot Camp is awesome, and High Step Challenge is very good, but you need a high step for both of them.

Good luck to you!

Hi Mansley-

This is a good question to maybe post on the Open Discussion thread. I am sure you will get a lot of knowledgeable answers from the people on these boards! Just a suggestion. ;)
