Hi Marie! If you have all of the new HC series you can work them this way:
1) Gym Style Chest/Triceps + 1 segment of Core Max + one segment from Stretch Max
2) Gym Style Legs (can be the entire workout or do one of the Timesavers)
3) Kick Max (entire workout or one of the premixes) + one segment of Stretch Max
4) Gym Style Shoulders/Back/Biceps + one segment of Core Max
5) IMAX3 (either the entire or one of the premixes)
6) I'll leave this day up to you. I personally would do a yoga workout to improve on my flexibility.
Stay on this for 3 weeks & then change it up by using Muscle Max, IMAX3, Kick Max & High Step Challenge as your recovery week. On the 5th week you should take an entire week off to recoup & move on to the same rotation outlined above or to pull out Pyramid Series or Body Blast series or Slow & Heavy series. I don't know what your schedule is like or if you even have this much time to set aside. But this is usually how I rotate different DVDs. So many workouts, so little time. Ha!
