Hi all,

Last week I decided to take a week off from my workouts. I have just been feeling blag, worn out, tired ALL the time and so on. So I decided it was time since I can't even remember the last time I took any time off.

Well, this morning I got up thinking "what workout do I want to do", knowing full well I shouldn't think this way. It's SOOOOOO hard to relax even though I have plenty to keep me busy(4 dogs, 1 house to keep up, 1 we're trying to get ready to sell, about a bazillion hummingbirds to keep fed...........oh my, the list goes on). I just feel like a slug when I can't have my workout fix :p . I know I need this time to let my body re-coup, but geez, is it hard.

Anyway, thought since I have the time(LOL), I would pop in here to try and keep me busy for a few minutes.

Okay, I need to get my butt in gear and clean the housex(, play with the dogs, feed the hummingbirds and so on and so forth, teehee.

Have a great day!!!

Hi Sally,

That's good you've got a naggingreminder to workout, but it is important to let your body rest. If you get too stir crazy, you can go for a walk or do some yoga/pilates or stretching. That's what I'll do when I have my rest week. Unfortunately, it's not until October. Enjoy your week off!!!

Thank you Lorrie, I will try to enjoy my time off;-). I will also probably incorporate the stretching towards the end of the week, just so I can do something before I jump back in. Till then it will be working on the house we're selling to keep me really busy :-( .
