I'm just curious if anyone might have good tips here as I've just been diagnosed hypothyroid and the interesting thing is that my 'symptoms' seem to be snowballing from vague and not too intrusive to now becoming full on fatigue within only a matter of weeks. wah
I've just started a very small dose thyroid medication and they'll be checking my adrenals, etc.. as well in the next few weeks.
I'm used to being a very active, high energy person, so this is not an experience I'm adjusting to well or will be good at just 'resting' and hoping it will improve.
Meanwhile, I'm cutting back on caffeine, eat well and am taking multi vitamins, minerals, omegas, b-complex, etc... to support my bod.
Any other suggestions to support enhanced energy would be MUCH appreciated.
