Hybrid mix of TurboFire and Chalene Extreme

Has anyone done a mix of these two workouts? I don't have Chalene Extreme, but I do have TurboFire so I am thinking of getting Chalene Extreme and doing the hybrid mix. I looked over the schedule and it seems rather tame at first, how did you experienced exercisers feel about the hybrid schedule, did you switch a few things up and how did you like your results?
 
As an advanced exerciser, I thought the rotation that came with Turbo Fire looked a little tame as well. There was a more advanced rotation posted on the Beachbody forums that I used instead. It was basically HIIT/Sculpt, Cardio/Abs, HIIT/Sculpt, Cardio, Sculpt/Abs, Rest, Cardio. I did that for about 14 weeks at the end of last year along with 2-3 days a week of running 3-5 miles and didn't gain any weight over the holidays. :D And it was fun!
 
Thanks so much for the information, I will have to get extreme so I can do the advanced schedule.
