Hi Robin. I haven't tried the others yet, but was planning to make one of them probably tonight or tomorrow. I think I'm going to try the Chipotle Pepper one. I will let you know how it turns out.
I loved the Roasted Red Pepper Hummus as well. I know I'll be making that one again. I'm glad you liked it!

ETA: To answer you other question, you can eat it on veggies. I eat it on pita bread and whole wheat english muffins. It's also a good sandwhich spread.
